(“Engaged Thrivor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the website https://www.engagedthrivor.com any related mobile applications, social media, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

13. Opt-Out of Arbitration

14. Class Action Waiver
